What am I entitled to if the course is not what was promised?
Training must be delivered with reasonable care and skill. If it is not, you can ask for it to be put right or for money back.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 a service must be performed with reasonable care and skill, and anything said about it that you relied on becomes part of the contract. Where the service falls short, the usual remedies are repeat performance or a price reduction. Complaints go through our published complaints procedure first, and that procedure tells you where to go if we cannot resolve it.
