Terms and conditions

These terms are between you and Pacific Training Solutions. They apply once your place is confirmed: when you pay by card, or when we confirm a booking made by invoice.

You book and pay for your place online by card, and it is confirmed the moment your payment goes through. Employers and groups can book by invoice, and those places are confirmed when we tell you so in writing. Where online payment is not available, reserving a place holds it for 48 hours while we call you to take payment.

Our payments and refunds policy sets out how to move or cancel and what you get back. You can ask to move or cancel from your booking page or by contacting us. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Your original photo ID and two proofs of address, which we must check before any assessment. Where your course needs a first aid certificate and does not include first aid training, a certificate with at least 12 months left on it when the course starts. Without these we cannot let you take the assessments.

After booking, we ask you to upload your ID, complete the course workbook and complete the ACT counter-terrorism e-learning before your first day. These are part of the qualification. If they are not done, you may not be able to complete the course on the dates booked.

If something is not right, tell us first, by phone or through the contact page, and we will put it right where we can. If you are still unhappy with our answer, you can raise it with the awarding organisation that certifies your qualification.
