Do I need first aid before my course?

The SIA requires it before door supervisor training and before the refresher. Emergency First Aid at Work, or an equivalent, is accepted, and our one day course provides it. You show us the certificate when you register, not the SIA.

Emergency First Aid at Work is a one day course. Because the certificate must have at least 12 months left when you take the licence linked training, an old certificate close to expiry will not be accepted even though it is still valid.
